Account Manager

Location: Hook, Hants

The Role

Reporting directly to the Customer Base Manager, you will be responsible for the Account Management of a number of assigned customer accounts all of whom will be users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV systems and primarily within either the Wholesale, Distribution & Manufacturing sector. With a proven track record you will have substantial software sales experience and confident with dealing at “C” level contacts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Must be able to demonstrate that you are a committed Account Manager with all that entails
  • Can demonstrate accurate lead-generation, pipeline management and reporting capabilities
  • Strategically sell into a growing customer base
  • Ability to understand the business process for Wholesale, Distribution, Light Manufacturing and Financials, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics)
  • Ability to build relationships with Microsoft personnel
