Account Manager

Location: Hook, Hampshire

Maybe you’re interested in business and IT and working for one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Dynamics ERP partners. And perhaps you’re an experienced customer service professional looking for something a little more demanding.

If that’s you then this exciting opportunity could be absolutely perfect for you. Working as part of a closely-knit team, you’ll be proactive and co-ordinating a range of activities and generating opportunities across multiple customer accounts, whilst being supported by our experienced pre-sales and service delivery team. As well as excellent written skills you must have the ability to communicate well at all levels, including senior management and board level. Working in an organised manner and to tight deadlines and being able to facilitate and co-ordinate is essential and supporting your clients to ensure their needs are consistently met. Previous Account Management or Business Development experience will be advantageous although not essential.
